About our parties...

  • For fans of our shows, some additional childrens theatre characters are available. If you have someone in mind, please let us know and we’ll see what we can do! 

  • Turn your party into a special occasion! Encourage your guests to dress up! 

  •  If we’ve done a party for you in the past, please remind us so we don’t bring the same gift, balloon, or storybook for your child. 

  • Please make us aware of any allergies your guests may have. 

  • If you’d like more time with the childrens theatre characters, please add $35.00 for each additional 15 minutes. 

  • There is a small travel fee for parties outside the RI area. 

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a date. The remaining balance is due one week prior to the party. This is to ensure that no money is exchanged with the characters at the party, insuring an innocent and magical experience for everyone!

We at Kaleidoscope Childrens Theatre love to entertain our audiences! We appear on stage at professional theatres, in your child's school, and now we're even making house calls!  Kaleidoscope Children's Theatre offers several Birthday Party packages, all of which include a fairytale character visiting your child's birthday party!

 

 

"Thank you thank you thank you!  We are all so thrilled with Cinderella's visit.  More than I could have hoped for.  And you may have guessed that we have another little girl in this house that would also like a Cinderella party, so you'll be hearing from me soon about a date in November!  Thanks...I'll be telling everyone I know about what a great party we had because of you." -Katie

Package A: Princess Storytime 

Package includes:

  • Choice of Princess: Snow White, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, or Rapunzel. 

  • For additional characters (for example, if you would like the Prince to accompany his Princess), please add $75.00. 

  • Tiara/crown presented to the Birthday Child announcing she/he is Princess/Prince for the day! (Additional tiaras/crowns are available for $5.00 each.) 

  • One free character/show-specific coloring poster with crayons wrapped with a ribbon and presented to the Birthday Child. (Additional posters and crayons for party favors are available for $1.50 per set.) 

  • Performance of one song from the Princess’ Kaleidoscope Theatre Show. Song choices include:      

    • o Snow White           
      “He Loves Me – For Daisies Never Tell a Lie” (Princess' solo)           
      “My Heart is Beating Like a Hammer” (Princess/Prince duet)     

    •  o Cinderella           
      “When You Find the One You Love” (Princess' solo)           
      “Dream Waltz” (Princess/Prince duet)      

    • o Sleeping Beauty          
       “Sleeping Beauty’s Lullaby” (Princess' solo)          
       “Can It Be” (Princess/Prince duet)     

    •  o Rapunzel           
      “The Spinning Wheel Song” (Princess' solo)          
       “The Magic Spell of Happiness” (Princess/Prince duet)

  • Character will stay for cake and sing ‘Happy Birthday!’ 

  • If time allows, character(s) will pose for photos with the party guests and sign autographs. 

  • Please remember that you are limited to the hour time frame. Additional time is available in 15-minute increments for $35.00/15 minutes. (We suggest the opening of presents be done after the character(s) leave.)

 

Time: 1 Hour 

Cost: $200 plus travel for 1 princess and an additional $75 for each additional princess

"Party for the Planet event is over and it was a great week, even if we did end on a rainy day.  As usual this was a great team effort and I want to send out a huge THANK YOU for helping to make this event a success.  Our total attendance for the week was 39,752 people.  Our guests had a great time and that was due in part to your participation.  Thank you again and see you next year!"

Package B: A Knightime Story (not just for the night time!) 

Package includes:

 

  • Appearance of Prince Stefan, the Knight from Kaleidoscope’s production of Sleeping Beauty

  • If you would like additional characters (such as the Princess) to accompany Sir Stefan to the party, please add $75.00. 

  • Crown/tiara presented to the Birthday Child announcing he/she is Prince/Princess for the day! (Additional crowns/tiaras are available for $5.00 each.) 

  • One free character-/show-specific coloring poster with crayons wrapped with a ribbon and presented to the Birthday Child. (Additional posters and crayons for party favors are available for $1.50 per set.) 

  • Performance of one song from Kaleidoscope Theatre’s Sleeping Beauty. Song choices include:    
     “The Knight’s Song” (Prince's solo)      
    “Can It Be” (Princess/Prince duet)
