1. KALEIDOSCOPIAN PARTY UPDATE
Attention all Kaleidoscopians! The official
RSVP deadline
for Kaleidoscope's 30th Anniversary Party
has past, but
don't let that stop you from joining us! We
can accept late
reservations until at least October 19th! At
this point, it is
too late to order a commemorative t-shirt;
but we will place
another order following the party if there's
enough demand.
The party is shaping up to be a blast, and
we hope you all
join us! Activities at the party will
include a musical
history of Kaleidoscope, a video
retrospective, a Chinese
auction, a costume competition, and much
more!
Also on our website, submit your name and
the roles you
played in the past - help us remember 30
years of casting,
crew, and concessions!

2. $100-OFF COUPON EXPIRY: 10/15/07!
At this time, we'd like to remind all of our
summer patrons
that the time is here to use your $100 off
coupons! We would
love to honor each and every coupon that we
gave out this
summer, but in order to do so, we need to
hear from you by
October 15th! These coupons are good for
$100 off any of our
school touring productions. Simply give the
coupon to your
child's principal or PTO president and they
can book a show
for the 2007-08 school year for a $100
discount! While the
performance may take place at any point
throughout the school
year, the show must be booked by October
15th... so call now!

3. UPCOMING PERFORMANCES
On October 14th, Kaleidoscope will be
performing
"Cinderella" at Westborough High School in
Westborough,
MA. The show is at 2:00pm and is open to the
public.
Tickets are now on sale for $8.00 and can be
purchased
by calling Jackie Semalis at (508) 756-6519.
We hope
to see you there!
"Cinderella's Christmas" will also be
touring extensively
in December. The show will be performed at
Rhode Island
College on Sunday, December 9th, at the
Chevrolet Theatre
in Wallingford, CT on Saturday, December
15th, and at the
Stadium Theatre in Woonsocket on December
21st and 22nd.
December is also the time for our annual
winter performance
at Scottish Rites Auditorium! This year's
show is "Little Red
Ridinghood's Christmas," which will be
performed on Thursday,
December 13th at 10:00am. If you are a
teacher, parent, or
principal looking to book a field trip for
your child's class,

Tickets are now on sale for Kaleidoscope's
production of
Cinderella's Christmas on Sunday, December
15th at 2:00pm
at the Robert's Hall Auditorium, Rhode
Island College in
Providence, Rhode Island! For those of you
who enjoyed our
summer series at RIC, let the fun continue
this winter! What
happens when you cross the most wonderful
time of the year
with the most wonderful fairytale of all

5. WELCOME, CAMERON!
Kaleidoscope Theatre is thrilled to welcome
a new member into
our office family! Cameron Marcotte is a
student at the MET
High School in Providence, Rhode Island, and
will be
completing his sophomore internship with us
this year. You
may have seen Cameron playing Hank or Gary
in Kaleidoscope's
school-touring production of "B.U.L.L.Y.",
or in other Rhode
Island venues (RISE on Broadway, Encore
Repertory Company,
20+ shows acting and directing with All
Children's Theatre,
directing the drama club at the Vartan
Gregorian School, et
al). In addition to helping out with
around-the-office tasks
and assuming additional responsibilities in
our school-touring
season, Cameron will be spearheading a
special project to be
completed towards the end of the school
year.
Welcome, Cameron, we're all very excited to
have you on board!

C. Bob Macaux (this summer's Henry in
"The Frog Prince")
will be performing "Intermittence" once more
with the Black
Box Theater at the Artist Exchange in
Cranston, RI. The play
runs October 18-20 and 25-27 at 7pm and on
the 21st and 28th

D. Megan Gonsalves, Ryan Hanley, Josh
Smith, and Meredyth
Waterman will be playing Chiffon, the
Dentist, Seymour, and
Audrey respectively in the Theatre Works
production of
"Little Shop of Horrors". The show will be
performed on
October 19, 20, 21, 27, and 28. For more

E. Graham Duff (this summer's Prince in
Cinderella, White
Rabbit/March Hare in Alice in Wonderland,
and Big Bad Wolf in
Little Red Ridinghood) will be playing the
role of Ottavio in
the comic farce "Scapino!" at Bishop
Hendricken High School!
Performances will be November 9 and 10 at
7pm and November
11 at 2pm. An order form for tickets, which

Folles" with The Community Players on

G. Jonathan Safford (this summer's
Narrator in
"Goldilocks") has been cast in "It's a
Wonderful Life: A
Live Radio Play" with RI Stage Ensemble at

Theater. During the show, he will be doing 8

voices! The show will run Dec 7, 8, 9 and
14,15,16.
